Instagram Giveaway T&C's

1. Promoter

This giveaway is run by Idoneus Sports Pty Ltd (ABN 16 661 992 258) (“Idoneus Sports”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

2. Giveaway Details

One lucky winner will receive:

  • 1x pair of cricket shoes of their choice from our new range – ID2, VI1 or RB1; and
  • 1x Idoneus Sports hat and 1x Idoneus Sports Tee of their choice (white or black).

The maximum total prize value is AUD $270.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  1. Follow @idoneus_sports on Instagram,
  2. Comment on the giveaway post using #BETHEONE, and tag three mates,
  3. Share the giveaway post to their story.

There is no limit to the number of entries per person, but each comment must tag three different friends to qualify.

4. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to residents of Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada.

There are no age restrictions, but entrants under 18 should have permission from a parent or guardian.

4.1 Excluded Participants

Employees of Idoneus Sports Pty Ltd, as well as their immediate family members and close friends, are not eligible to enter or win this giveaway.

5. Giveaway Period

  • Opens: Monday 20th October at 5:00pm (WST)
  • Closes: Wednesday 29th October at 5:00pm (WST)
  • Winner Announced: Wednesday 29th October at 5:30pm (WST) via our Instagram Story.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen at random using a randomiser tool of our choice.

The draw will be recorded and shared on our Instagram Story for transparency.

Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Prize Delivery

The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from our official account, @idoneussports.

We will arrange delivery of the prize to the winner’s nominated address at no cost to them.

8. Privacy

Any personal information collected (such as name, address, or contact details) will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will not be shared or used for marketing without the entrant’s consent.

9. Prize Conditions

  • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • If a chosen item or size is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
  • If we are unable to contact the winner within 7 days of the announcement, a new winner may be drawn.

10. Liability

By entering, participants agree that Idoneus Sports and its affiliates, employees, and representatives are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in this giveaway or accepting the prize (except for liability that cannot be excluded by law).
